L-Glutathione, 900mg:

- for maximum skin whitening

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, 300mg:

-has been shown to augment the Glutathione reserves in the body.

Alpha Lipoic acid, 225mg:

How to use

Take 2-3 capsules daily, preferably 2 or 3 times per day, Either before breakfast, lunch and dinner OR before just breakfast and dinner.

For best results, take along with 100-200mg of Vitamin C for optimal absorption.

Indications:

As with all supplements pregnant and nursing mothers should consult their physician. Glutathione has cellular protective properties that make it unsuitable for chemotherapy patients.
